Here are most frequently asked questions about our events. For additional answers to questions not listed, please call or text for more information.

  • You can fill out the booking request form, call/text or send an email. You will be contacted for details on how to customize your event

  • You get to LivNtheMoment for 2 hours with our luxury picnics, 4 hours with our picnic party and 24 hours with our epic sleepovers.

    I understand time flies when you’re having fun and you may want to enjoy the moment longer so more time may be added for an additional fee.

  • LivNtheMoment Picnics is based out of Broward County, Florida and familiar with beautiful parks around the area. You can also opt to have your event in the comfort of your own home or backyard. I continue to scout out beautiful settings to suit your needs and I’m always open to getting suggestions

  • My recommendation is at least 2 weeks in advance but to ensure your preferred date and a more personalized event, its best to book as soon as possible. Depending on availability, last minute bookings may be accommodated.

  • I can accommodate up to 12 guests for our luxury picnics and 6 guests for our epic sleepovers. Accommodations can be made for more than this if ample time is given

  • I ask for at least one week advance notice for changes such as additional guest as additional supplies may need to be ordered

  • The more the merrier. However, please include them in your request as I take pride in ensuring each guest feels welcomed and comfortable. Additonal guest will be charged.

  • No, I do not stay on site during your picnic. You must remain with your picnic during the entire time. However if you need me during the picnic or need to leave early you can text me and I will arrive within 25 minutes

    Our epic sleepovers are delivered to your door and set up. Pick up is done 24 hours later or an earlier time that is convenient for client and LivNtheMoment

  • Although food is not included in the package prices, I’m happy to explore options from amazing local third party vendors or a private chef. Prices depend on your selections. Contact us for more details. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

  • You can plan a beautiful picnic but you can’t predict the weather in the Sunshine State. I recommend having a backup indoor picnic location where your event can continue as planned. Payments cannot be refunded due to weather cancellation but can be rescheduled based on availability. No refunds will be given if inclement weather occurs during your event causing your event to end early.

  • Yes this is the only way to secure your reservation.

    A 50% deposit is required to to hold your event date.

    Full payments are due 7 days prior to event date

  • Due to permitting requirements and weather conditions all beach location request will incur a $150 fee on top of listed pricing

  • LivNtheMoment Event is based out of Coconut Creek, FL. Any location over 30 miles away will incur a minimum $25 travel fee

Once the form is filled out, I will contact you to get all the details of your event.

If you choose to move forward an email of your invoice along with the contract will be sent. The contract will require your signature.

A security deposit is needed to secure your date and time after consultation.

On the day of the event I will arrive approximately 2 to 3 hours before to setup so you can LivNtheMoment & enjoy your event.
